Support Coordination / Specialist (Level 2 & 3)
GSC- Galit support coordination will support you to understand and implement the funds allocated in your plan, link you to services and the community.
We will focus on developing your strength and capacity to live as independent as you can.

Assist you to start the NDIS journey and navigate the system
Work with you to define and achieve your NDIS goals
Understand the NDIS and your NDIS Plan
Identify suitable service providers
Working within your funding
Help you understand service agreements
Work with you to review your supports and goals
Assistance to strengthen participant’s abilities to connect and build capacity and resilience
Point of contact in crisis situations
